The wine industry is undoubtedly wasteful. It takes a lot of resources to finish with a bottle of wine, not to mention the transport of that bottle to all the places it needs to go before your table.
Early in 2020 I embarked on efforts to understand my sustainability footprint and will do everything I can to ensure that I am contributing to a sustainable future, not just for my brand, but for my industry and the globe.
This means investing not just in negating my carbon footprint but also looking at measures to ensure sustainable water use.
